General Information:
The bulk of Reliant's business is done within the surrounding Houston, TX area. However, we do deliver outside of this area on a daily basis.

In Town Orders:
Reliant Business Products accepts orders until 5:00pm Central time. The purpose for this cutoff is so that we can guarantee delivery of your merchandise by the next business day. If we cannot deliver your order by the next business day then we will notify you with the reason and the length of the delay the morning after your order was placed.

Out of Town Orders:
If you are an out of town customer then we will do everything possible to get your order to you the following business day. In order for you to recieve your order the next business day Reliant must receive the order before 1:00pm Central time.

Some items in our catalog cannot ship UPS. In those few instances we will ship your order via common carrier. This method of shipment could increase delivery time from next day to as long as 3-5 days. In the event that this should happen we will contact you and inform you of the delay.
