First and foremost, thank you for being a customer of Reliant Business Products. We at Reliant are constantly focusing and striving to control costs through negotiations with our vendors for better prices. Even though costs continue to steadily rise we continue to try to find ways to purchase better and pass savings to our customers. There are times when it is necessary to change a vendor due to business mergers and business acquisitions.

In the most recent past, Reliant has promoted Duracell Batteries. Last year Duracell was sold and the acquiring company made a number of changes. The most hurtful change is their sizable increase in price.

Instead of passing this increase in cost to our valued customers, we have chosen to inventory Eveready Batteries. This change should keep most of your prices steady. While we will continue to sell Duracell we are removing most of them from our special customer price lists. We are replacing the standard battery boxes with the following:

While this list does not contain every battery that we sell or that you may purchase, these batteries are of the quality that you expect from Reliant and Eveready.

We are also making a move from Avery Ring Binder to ACCO/Wilson Jones Ring Binders. This move is also designed to keep our prices low while providing you with a superior quality product.
